Today a year ago at 4pm you went to join Nan and Grandad after 5 months of battling liver disease.
It broke our hearts to let you go but we knew it was for the best for you.
Although you are not here with us we miss and love you more and more each day and losing you is something that will never get easier.
Our very special chesty westy we love you so much darling and cant believe a year has gone by already.
